How much is the assessment?+

The full 72-question Inventory, your archetype results, and your downloadable PDF folio are $20. Each retake is $20 and is saved to your archive, so you can track how you grow over time.

What is the difference between the folio and the extended report?+

The $20 folio gives you your archetype, facet scores, and the core description of your calling. The extended report adds an 8-page written narrative, a 90-day development roadmap, and a curated reading list — a fuller picture built for leaders who want to go deeper.

How does cohort licensing work?+

You purchase a monthly license for your organization. Each license covers up to 10 seats; if you need more, add another 10 seats for $149/mo each. You invite members via custom links. Each member takes the assessment and receives their own report, and you, as the admin, can view aggregate data and export results.

Who are the Formation Collective coaches?+

Our coaches are Black leadership practitioners with backgrounds in organizational development, executive coaching, and community leadership. Every coach has taken the BLI and is certified in the debrief methodology. We will match you to a coach whose expertise aligns with your development goals.

Can I take the assessment more than once?+

Yes. Leadership grows. Each retake is $20 and creates a new folio entry in your archive, so you can track how your archetype and facet profile shift over time.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or HBCUs?+

Yes. We have a dedicated institutional pricing program for HBCUs, nonprofits, and community organizations. Contact us through the coaching page and we will work with you directly.
